He has extensive experience in advising hundreds of corporate clients both in terms of specific legal solutions and strategic advice. From promising start-ups to multinational entities. He often lectures at conferences, universities, at the Czech Bar Association (seminar for attorneys Software Development and Management) and trainings for clients, especially on topics such as GDPR, practical application of law in IT business and many others.

Mgr. Kamila Francová

Kamila is a specialist in the field of IT law in connection with regulation. Her areas of expertise include software platforms, development and implementation contracts as well as complex data processing issues, e-privacy, AML/CFT agenda and advising on fintech and gambling regulation. Her litigation practice focuses on domain name disputes. As a lecturer, she provides training on GDPR, AML/CFT and other selected regulatory issues.

As a specialist in procedural law, Kateřina helps our clients with civil litigation and defends them in criminal law matters. She also secures private consultancy for our clients in the field of family law.

Marek focuses on commercial law, whether it is corporate law, commercial contracts or dispute resolution. He has also gained experience in real estate transactions.

Marie handles IT law issues in our office, whether it is software contracts or regulatory issues related to GDPR and cybersecurity. She focuses on commercial law advice in relation to contracts and e-commerce.

Michal specialises in IT law, assisting our clients primarily with software contracts or questions relating to cyber security, however he also has experience with matters relating to electronic identification and digitalization of public administration. His focus extends to intellectual property law, especially on copyright law.

IP specialist

Julie is in charge of managing trademark portfolios of our clients, be it filing, monitoring or trademark renewals at the Czech Industrial Property Office, EUIPO and WIPO. Her agenda also includes industrial designs and opposition proceedings concerning industrial rights.

Jan is a paralegal who assists other colleagues with the preparation of legal documents and research, including in the areas of IT and IP law.

Alena deals especially with business-law matters both in the field of contracts and in the field of corporate law (corporate changes, acquisitions and transformations, in particular). Her work also includes litigations, primarily commercial ones. She participates considerably in handling labor-law matters – contracts as well as comprehensive labor-law consultancy. Alena is temporarily out of office.
