Her litigation practice focuses on domain name disputes. As a lecturer, she provides training on GDPR, AML/CFT and other selected regulatory issues.

Kristýna manages a portfolio of trademarks, industrial designs, and other industrial property of our clients. Her responsibilities include securing registrations with the relevant IP offices (Czech Intellectual Property Office, EUIPO, or WIPO), conducting trademark searches, monitoring potential conflicts, and ensuring extensions of validity for industrial property. She is also actively involved in opposition proceedings and other industrial property litigation.
